Four taps to a real number
Every price here comes out of the shop's own price list. Nothing is estimated, nothing is 'from', and the two repairs we won't price from a form say so instead of guessing.

Whose device is it?
Pick the maker. If it is not here, choose Other — we still take it.

A panel swap on the bench. Ribbon cables lifted, not pulled — which is why the face-unlock module survives and the repair holds its warranty.
The whole list, on one page
This is the board on the wall. Bench time is what we actually hold the device for, not the earliest we could possibly finish.
| Repair | From | Bench time | Warranty | What that means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Screen replacementMost booked | $89 | 45 min | 12 months | Glass and digitiser or full panel, depending on the model. Touch, brightness and face unlock tested before handover. |
| Battery replacementMost booked | $59 | 30 min | 12 months | New cell fitted, health reset where the platform allows it, and the measured capacity written on your receipt. |
| Charge port repair | $69 | 1 hr | 6 months | Cleaned first. If lint was the whole problem we say so and charge nothing. |
| Back glass replacement | $79 | 1 hr 30 min | 6 months | Laser separation, not a chisel. Wireless charging and the camera ring survive intact. |
| Camera module | $69 | 45 min | 6 months | Rear, front or just the lens cover if the module underneath is fine. |
| Speaker / mic / earpiece | $49 | 40 min | 6 months | Mesh clean or module swap. Tested on a live call, not a tone. |
| Liquid damage recovery | $89 | 1 day | 3 months | Ultrasonic clean, board inspection under scope, and an honest verdict. Quoted after diagnosis. |
| Board-level / micro-soldering | $129 | 2 days | 3 months | Boot loops, no-image, backlight and charging IC work. The repairs other shops send away. |
| Data recovery from a dead device | $149 | 2 days | — | No recovery, no fee. We only bill if your data comes back. |
| Diagnostic (anything else) | $39 | 1 hr | — | Waived in full if you go ahead with the repair we quote. |
Prices start at the Tier 1 figure and rise by tier — Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4. The quote flow above tells you which tier your device is on before you commit to anything.
The terms, in the words we'd use at the counter
Twelve months on parts and labour for screens and batteries. Six months on everything else, ninety days on liquid and board-level work.
What the warranty covers
- The part we fitted failing on its own
- Touch, brightness or colour faults on a screen we installed
- A battery dropping below 80% capacity inside the term
- Our own workmanship — anything we opened and did not close properly
What it doesn't
- New physical damage — a fresh crack, a bend, a drop
- Liquid contact after the repair
- Work by another shop on the same device after ours
- Software faults that were present before the repair
How long you'll be without it
- Walk-in
- Screens and batteries while you wait — 30 to 60 minutes
- Booked
- Booked slots start on the hour, every hour
- On-site
- On-site call-out across the service area, same day before 3pm

Longest job on the board is board-level work at 2 days — because a reflow that is rushed is a reflow you pay for twice.
Three of them, unedited
“Quoted me on the website, charged me exactly that, and I watched the whole thing from a stool. First repair shop that hasn't made me feel stupid.”
“Phone was in a boot loop and two other places said it was scrap. These lot found a charging IC gone, fixed it, and it's still running eight months later.”
“Posted it Tuesday, it was back Thursday with a test sheet in the box. The capacity reading on the receipt is a nice touch.”
